Not Celebrating Halloween

Due to our recent exchanging of vows, my planning skills were tried from May 22, 2009 to the very end of the day on April 30, 2010.  That's almost a solid year of matching colors, creatively collaborating, and so much more.
Herein lied the problem this Halloween season.
Because I had maxed out my innovative efforts earlier in the year, I had no desire (zero, zip, zilch) to celebrate/decorate/say-BOO come the last weekend in October.  It was time to get away.
My solution = CAMPING.  It's a great time for me to relax, catch up with friends, and give my mind a break.  Bonus is Joe is completely satisfied fishing, building campfires, and hanging out with the boys.  This year, we really had a much better time celebrating where we live with an overnight adventure on a deserted island versus some haunted hay ride.
